Instead, the Oligarchs are enjoying making their situations worse.

It's sickening.

Ireland has quietly delivered five air defense radar systems, likely Giraffe Mk IVs, alongside 34 vehicles and three bomb disposal robots to Ukraine. The radars, mounted on tracked platforms, can detect low-flying threats up to 50 km away. Ireland also pledged €66M via the EU for non-lethal support.

Russia remains open to peace talks and wants them to succeed without megaphone diplomacy, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov claimed. He said Kyiv must decide now or it will be too late, while claiming the Kremlin has not received a peace plan and nothing is being discussed substantively with the US.

It's DOA
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Moscow has not been informed of Ukraine's agreement to negotiate on Trump's peace plan.
A leaked 28-point US peace plan would require Ukraine to recognize de facto Russian control over Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions while freezing Kherson and Zaporizhzhia along contact lines, Axios reported.

Entirely predictable
European and Ukrainian officials reject Trump’s 28-point proposal, calling it one-sided and tailored to satisfy Putin. The plan demands Ukraine give up territory, slash its military, and welcome Russia back into global institutions, all while European allies were shut out of the drafting process.
