It's not only a detention hearing. It's a probable cause hearing. Dude has not been indicted. DOJ has had almost a month to indict him and they haven't gotten a grand jury to return a true bill. DOJ is asking for more time.

It's not only a detention hearing. It's a probable cause hearing. Dude has not been indicted. DOJ has had almost a month to indict him and they haven't gotten a grand jury to return a true bill. DOJ is asking for more time.
