Yeah, Well, That's What I Think.

Here until I'm not. The Internet in general, and social media in particular, is now an emotional tar pit, owned and curated by a handful of soulless, obscenely wealthy ghouls. Music, art and trivia, when I'm not overwhelmed by existential grief.

Following some people who are following more people than are following them, who’ve liked or reposted something I’ve said. Call it my small boost. If they follow back, great, if not I’ll move along in a few days.
I have a silly question. If wealthy elites are funding the entirety of liberal thought and action in this country, why are Trump and the Congressional GOP so hellbent on heaping tax breaks on them? It’s almost like there’s a massive contradiction there.

I shouldn’t have found an ad built around Will Shat as funny as I did, but I did. I blame societal breakdown.

You all know Trump’s going to demand a recount of the final score, right?

We’re pretty sure the headline for this was supposed to be “X pays $1 million prize to creator for racist posts.”

X pays $1 million prize to creator with history of racist posts
X gave $1 million to a user who had previously shared racist posts, including one supporting Hitler.

When Americans behave atrociously we need to stop saying "We're better than this" and "This is not who we are." Actually, about 40 percent of the country is not better than this and this is exactly who they are.

I guess we can add “Bringer of Darkness” to Jeff’s list of titles now.

So I guess the question now is who’s going to take on the task of establishing a credible daily newspaper in Washington, if for no other reason than to provide local news?

Interesting that after all these years of mindless propaganda from the NRA, it turns out to have been the Republicans who were coming for your guns.
Trump ally Jeanine Pirro: Anyone bringing a gun into D.C. can "count on going to jail"
Many GOP members have shifted their tone on gun control after Alex Pretti's death.

Just an occasional reminder that when you see Billy Bob Thornton talking up T-Mobile's satellite service, it's their logo on Starlink and they've got their noses all the way up Musk's bloated ass.

I almost miss the days when the worst scam you’d encounter in an average week was somebody calling your house to offer you a subscription to half a dozen magazines you didn’t care about at a weekly price that came out to twice the yearly publisher rate, hoping that you weren’t good at math.

Unelected fascist appointed by tyrant and confirmed by nobody to carry out totalitarian manifesto criticizes judge appointed by decent human and confirmed by Congress for ruling against totalitarian manifesto.

Just pointing out here that the two guys DOJ’s identified as Alex Pretti’s shooters are of Hispanic heritage and Jonathan Ross isn’t, which is why they’ll probably take the fall for their shooting and Ross probably won’t take the fall for his.

If Donnie and the second 🏆 wife had been content to let the movie come and go like the vanity project it is instead of hyping it like the latest remake of A Star is Born, they wouldn’t be having to grease the media with the cash they scored from Bezos to make a $7m opening sound like a win.

the Kremlinology is certainly interesting, but let's also file away a straightforward admission by a *Cabinet secretary* that she is taking orders from someone who has been neither elected by the American people nor confirmed by the Senate
"Everything I've done, I've done at the direction of the president and Stephen," Noem told a person who relayed her remarks to Axios.""

Anyone paying attentions - it's been President Miler calling the shots.

Now the vipers are going after each other. 🐍🐍🐍

Masked, armed bounty hunters masquerading as process servers should not be confused with legitimate law enforcement.

THE WARNING SIGNS WERE HEAVY.
My blood ran cold the day I heard these words:

The US government is free frame adjudicating and executing.
BOVINO: He was in the scene actively impeding and assaulting law enforceme--

BASH: But he wasn't impeding. He was filming, which is a legal thing to do in the United States

BOVINO: Dana, let's not free frame adjudicate this now

The obsession with Frey using one curse word after ICE murdered a local woman is infuriating.

Meanwhile trump lost his temper and both cursed, gave the finger and got a guy suspended from his job for calling him a name. Crickets.

Don’t ever tell me Dems aren’t treated differently by major press.
KARL: In the hours after the shooting of Renee Good, you went on national TV and said to ICE, 'get the F out of Minneapolis.' Do you regret that language? That doesn't sound like turning the temperature down

JACOB FREY: I don't regret it at all. If I seemed like I was angry and frustrated, I was.

Or does it only matter if they're Somalian?
