In my last job, I was part of a Copilot working group which had participants from across the whole (large) company.
Our conclusion was that it was useful for summarising meetings or parsing through email threads but otherwise it made everything worse.
We recommended it for “senior managers only”.

the thing is that AI is very good at confident bullshit, which becomes more a part of your job toward the top of the ladder
The disconnect between management and employee on AI usage is big. At the same time, CEOs are reporting they aren't seeing any revenue growth from AI.
