It looks like there will be a GOP primary fight in House District 16, which flipped R in 2024 by just 3 votes. The former Democratic Rep., Stephanie Vigil, will face either D11 Board VP Jill Haffley or newly announced Charis Bible College staffer Jamie Koch.

The Falcon Education Association (FEA) is calling on D49 to release its full 2025 audit and current-year financial reports, claiming rapidly growing reserves, repeated revenue underestimation, and misleading claims about enrollment and funding.
