I don’t have insurance through the marketplace, but to illustrate how insane our health care system in the U.S. is, I got a bill today for $1,448 , after my insurance paid $1,726, for a trip to the ER to get 5 stitches. 5 stitches!

I’ve been told to stop working, but it doesn’t seem like there are any speakers or anything. There are expected to be thousands of folks in the Springs and Denver today, so stay safe!

I’m actually taking a mini-vacay with my family this weekend, but here in Estes Park there is a No Kings event. I’m guessing a few hundred. Some inflatable costumes.
