Musk should be asked about this in every interview he does now and forever. To ignore it is a dereliction of duty.

Editors, please assign a deep dive piece on the grave damage musk & doge have done to the United States, rather than how he’s feeling about it.

He wore the cheesehead hat in WI. Spent $20 million. Paid people to sign petitions. Paid people to canvas. Did million dollar giveaways. A rally. TV interviews. But I guess people in Wisconsin didn’t appreciate an oligarch trying to buy their civil liberties.

It's critical for everyone to remember what an Executive Order is. It is the President communicating orders to members of the executive branch. Policies to pursue, actions to take, etc. They are not laws. They are not close to being laws. They are formalized memos to employees. That's all.

Jessica Aber’s death feels like a story meant to fade into the background —tragic headline that people are supposed to forget.

But when career prosecutor who spent her life chasing Russian cybercriminals, CIA leaks, and war criminals turns up dead weeks after resigning, forgetting isn’t an option

It’s not depression if you have a really good reason to feel that way.

I feel like love in real life id one of the many anthems we need right now. The only thing that's going to save us is getting out of the house off our phones and connecting in real life.
Love the song, but it’s hard to get into anything so upbeat and celebratory at this point in time.

Do you hear the people sing?
This is fun
Army Choir surrounded the MAGA hierarchy dining in White House East Room to sing "Do You Hear The People Sing"

It was lost on Trump but Vance was super fidgety

"Do you hear the people sing? Singing the song of angry men? It is the music of the people who will not be slaves again"

I loved Jane Fonda’s speech last night— but now I’m seeing the quote “woke just means you give a damn about other people” being spread & I just have to say, that’s not what ‘woke’ means.

‘Stay Woke’ is a term black people in America use as a reminder to not sleep on the racist system we live in.

We are in the days of shock & awful, where Trump tries to make people feel so overwhelmed by all the rapid changes & actions that they quit trying to keep up. Don't give into that. Learn about what you have the bandwidth for. Understand that these are steps being taken to break down democracy.

Setting up my dad with permanent home health care this week, then hearing Simon and Garfunkel's 'Mrs. Robinson' completely transformed my experience of the song. A cheerful tune hides bitter lyrics.

I'm nearly 40 and it feels like this is the age I was always meant to be. Like when I put my glasses on my head to read something up close I just feel very elegant, very ✨ me ✨
