Key for retention of women is to ensure women are in leadership/recruiting positions & have work-life balance.

An experiment with GPTs, UK & US docs on AI governance, and a draft AI policy for Australia.
I think the resulting draft points (step 7, the Yumi doc) is actually good enough for some diverse Aussies to sit around a table & discuss.

A great article in the Financial Times by Madhumita Murgia about some current approaches to the alignment problem of GenAI. I am grateful that my views were included as well as a quote from me on the humanity of AI.

Hey Blueys
Does anyone know if this app works in China?
I have a family member travelling to China and I am trying to figure out what messaging app I can use to stay in touch with them without having to resort to wechat.

Thanks for advice!

Went to the art gallery today to see the Archbold prize, a famous Australian annual portraiture competition that's been going for >100years. Along with Archbold is the Wynne prize for landscape and Sulman for subject.

This was one of my favs in the Wynne section. It depicts rockholes in the desert.
