A great article in the Financial Times by Madhumita Murgia about some current approaches to the alignment problem of GenAI. I am grateful that my views were included as well as a quote from me on the humanity of AI.

Went to the art gallery today to see the Archbold prize, a famous Australian annual portraiture competition that's been going for >100years. Along with Archbold is the Wynne prize for landscape and Sulman for subject.
This was one of my favs in the Wynne section. It depicts rockholes in the desert.
