Well, that's scary. And clearly completely unacceptable. Decade after decade goes by and *still* bigotry is rife in big organisations - and maybe Forces where violence is 'allowed' attracts more than most.

It's very telling that we have politicians all over the world calling decent human beings for "radicals" now. We are apparently extremely dangerous people, because we want peace, justice, a better life for all and basic human decency from our leaders.
