I try to be as clear eyed when thinking about SCOTUS as possible. Avoid wishful thinking. What is actually in evidence? Roberts and Kavanaugh have been strong Trump supporters for several years. Occasionally, they give him a half loaf. But no real difference between them and Senate Republicans.
