For #Stunday, I'm posting an image of a beautiful great blue heron. It flew right towards me before slowing down and landing in the water about 50 feet away in early morning warm light. There's very little crop on this image. #photography #birds #wildlife #wildlifephotography #herons

These don't have icebergs for scale, but it felt surreal watching the waves, as they looked like sand dunes.
The katabatic winds moving the pancake ice freezing the sea.
