Heres a challenge for Conventions in 2026. Have a close look at your seminar/talks/panel line up. Does it look like you have a large amount of frankly stale pale male , beards, glasses, and cis-men occupying the seats. NOW is your chance to add balance , im looking at you Chillcon instagram post !
