Many products sold in the U.S. are made in El Salvador. In response to the El Salvador president’s statements today, we’re calling for an immediate boycott of all Salvadoran-made goods. Please help by listing any products or brands made in El Salvador in the comments below.

Things I've said to random strangers on the struggle bus this week - no. 193.

"The cognitive dissonance of watching the world burn while having to masquerade as a functional adult doing normal adult things is so damn exhausting."

Can anyone else relate? Is it just me?

again, "constitutional crisis" does not even BEGIN to address where we are now
Wow. Judge Howell is worried that if she orders DOGE to leave the USIP building it could turn into an “armed standoff” over unwillingness to vacate, and points out law enforcement has shown willingness to help DOGE. Asks if we’ll need foreign mediators to come in.

Big, growing crowd just west of the U.S. Capitol protesting Trump, Musk and DOGE on President’s Day. “Hey Congress, grow a spine,” they shout, gathering for a rally around the reflecting pool.

I avoid doctor’s appointments because:

- It takes 3-6 months to actually get an appointment.

- I only see the doctor for 5 minutes, in which my concerns are blown off 90% of the time.

- If I do get a follow up, copays are expensive and it takes another 3-6 months to get that appointment.
The #1 reported reason people avoid doctor’s appointments is because they’re afraid of finding out they have a serious illness.

If you have that fear, that’s normal and you’re not alone. Also remember, there is basically no serious illness that isn’t less serious if you catch it sooner.

The need for this strike is critical. We are watching our democracy be dismantled every single day. We know there are systemic issues that allowed for this to happen - we also know that in these unprecedented times, the removal of Trump and Musk must be a key demand so that we can address them.

We need more of this. This dancer will pay a career cost for their bravery and willingness to speak truth to power. Courage is contagious. No one does something like this without feeling the fear ahead of time. They choose to do it anyway. We can all learn from that.

it's all happening in broad daylight. we don't need you to "shed a light," we need you to DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. Sand in the gears. Block every nominee. Boycott every hearing. No business as usual. Press conferences are not action.

Monday.

You knew it was coming. You're ready.

You'll do more than cope. You'll do more than do "just fine."

You'll do brilliantly.
