Act my age? What the fuck is that "act my age"? What do I care how old I am? The ocean is old as fuck, it will still drown your ass with vigor.

I just heard from Mohammed that Rania's condition is getting worse. Please keep her and her family in your hearts and if you have anything to donate to contribute to her medical care it would be gratefully received.
My dear friend Rania has just undergone an emergency cesarian to deliver her daughter. Both are in intensive care units and very vulnerable.
Any donations towards their care will be gratefully received.
Mohammed, their husband and father, has been injured and is unable to work.

This Labour government, anything right of it and any media that does not cover them as enablers are responsible for this

This is something @aaronwinter.bsky.social and I explored in our report for the @runnymedetrust.bsky.social in the lead up to the 2024 election

Once more, the key question is not whether immigration is a popular concern, but why it has been made so

Great to see the central role of mainstream parties covered so openly as it's been ignored for too long

However, I can't help but think that if the Guardian was serious about agenda setting, it would also reflect on their own role in the mainstreaming process

Unironically, you can see how these guys’ Twitter brainrot has progressed to this stage where they have trouble remembering that you’re supposed to talk about the Nazis as the bad guys. It’s not a winking nod to neo-Nazis so much as them genuinely forgetting which way is supposed to be up

Using the phrase ‘golden ticket’ like saving your family is a game and you just got a cheat code is insane. The Labour govt are soulless ghouls.
People recognised as refugees fleeing persecution & granted the right to live in the UK to be denied the right to be joined safely by their spouse & children.

This Labour govt is a moral void, a stinking darkness, an empty hollow of cowardice & contempt. #r4today www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2025...

We laugh at this shit -- I mean, how can you not? -- but it's serious: these guys want to infuse reactionary thinking into AI and then infuse AI into every nook & cranny of American life. They can't win the argument so they are trying to blunt-force their views onto us with money & power.
