We should be ashamed and embarrassed to be a society in which people will willingingly, actively, point a loaded gun in the face of a fellow citizen.

A free society should be one where government employees don't put a gun to your face when you're exercising a core tenet of said society: free speech

It should be bigger news that masked agents were filmed hours ago removing potentially inculpatory evidence from the ICE shooter's house, clearly lacking evidence tags or chain of custody stickers.

Before we have word on whether he underwent a toxicology screen at the hospital following the killing

Good read on culpability of a federal agent. Not saying it's 100% correct but it's a better analysis than anything else I've seen online.

ICE Agents Can Be Charged With Murder - The American Prospect
As a killing in Minneapolis is documented, the law clearly stipulates that federal agents do not have universal immunity.

You don't shut down an investigation if you're confident that the investigation will exonerate your guy. If your guy is going to be proven to be innocent of any wrongdoing, you want broad daylight shining on the evidence for the whole world to see.
According to my sources, the FBI was initially open to a concurrent investigation with the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (the state agency that would do this investigation).

Trumpy U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen heard about this and intervened, barring the FBI from cooperating with local police.
MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - Minnesota investigators say they can't access evidence after fatal ICE shooting and FBI won't work jointly on probe.

"tried to attack them" is 100% the opposite of what the video shows. It could not be more black & white that the government is lying in their statements about what happened.
Clearly, the officers weren't "stuck in the snow" and the murdered woman was not trying to ram anyone.

Minnesota law enforcement have video from multiple angles of an unjustified deadly shooting in Minneapolis. Therefore, they should arrest and prosecute the shooter for murder. The fact that the killer is a federal agent should not alter that basic logic. If anything, charging is even more important.

I'm not sure the economy is working for everyone when restaurant traffic was down 11/12 months this year and even the corporate chains are closing down locations left and right.

Such a video reveals absolutely nothing about how the US identified that boat, located it, or chose to attack it.

They would never let me into this country if I weren't already here
