It took me until I went to therapy to realise the impact of bullying on me. For being a chubby kid, for “looking like a man” for being “a lesbian”. After school I came out as Bisexual.

The UK sure likes to gaslight trans people! The BBC are the WORST out there for attacking trans people via their platform - be it via their website, or Radio4, or where ever.

Right-wingers claim the BBC is 'pro-trans' – that couldn't be further from the truth
Right-wingers are once again accusing the BBC of a pro-trans bias – however, previous backlash to the corporation's trans content shows that's definitely not the case.

November 10th has traditionally not been my favourite day. It’s the yahrzeit (death anniversary in yiddish) of both my American grandmother and my previous dog Nutmeg who was killed in a traffic incident at 10 months while being looked after by a dog walker in 2017.
But today’s been ok.

Reality has a well-known liberal bias, which is why the rightwing crusade to ignore reality as much as possible is so determined.
We are forever told that the BBC has a leftist bias, but everyone in the BBC from journos (just now a former Sun editor) to managers (Gibb, Davie, etc) seems to have past links with the right. Where are those all powerful lefties?! #r4today

Deliberately didn’t stress the current situation for trans kids bc didnt want to put him off

🔥 Yesterday, a group called "14 Suburban Moms" do a civil disobedience protest by crossing the barricade at Broadview and sitting in a circle. ✊🏼
Watch as they get arrested one by one while protestors shout "Mother Power" and blow whistles the way it's done to warn that someone is being detained‼️

After a fourth successive heavy annual defeat for Restore Trust, we should (but won't) have Telegraph reporters descending on the scone-eaters at historic properties to ask why they weren't in touch

BBC also interviewing the Sun editor over Davie’s resignation saying the BBC is too left wing & immediately citing immigration. Davie was a Tory party chair. Also WTF does this have to do with immigration!?!? BBC have parroted the same immigrant scare-mongering as other news sources.

Incredible

This is how transphobia's right wing fuckery blew open basic respect in the UK, there is absolutely no reason to expect now that being "women critical" is not also a protected belief, if you truly do not believe that women should just be reproductive slaves for cis men.
This will be used to abuse.

So it turns out... the US air travel system was incredibly, deeply dependent on federal funding to just run day-to-day all this time, to the benefit of private airline shareholders, when everyone thinks that state-run trains are leeching off the government. Weird!
