Just out! Our peer-reviewed critique of the Cass Review has been published by BMC Medical Research Methodology. Please read and share. We show that the Cass Review is fatally flawed and should not be the basis for policy or practice in transgender healthcare.

Incidents like these are caused by repeated, intentional decisions to perpetuate the disgusting and dehumanising rhetoric surrounding trans people.

In Thames Valley, crime against trans people has the single highest percentage increase of ANY crime. The Government must act.

Arthur has long been a strong voice in Labour against transphobia and, unfortunately, the leadership didn't (and still don't) listen. I'm sorry Labour failed Arthur and the whole trans community.
I tried for four years. So many of us tried.

I went to CLPs all over the country & spoke about the need to support trans people against the rise of transphobia in Labour.

The grassroots were receptive, the party leadership were not. So, after accepting I was fighting a losing battle, I left.

We're only 6% above Estonia, a nation where same sex marriage hasn't yet been legal for a year; In a nation where we passed such a bill 12 years ago.

Today is Transgender Day of Remembrance, an important day to remember those who have lost their lives to prejudice, hatred, and violence.

We stand with the LGBTQ community, and in particular our transgender friends on this solemn day.
