While not the outcome we had hoped for, it doesn’t change the fact that trans women are women, nor does it take away the legal protections in place for trans people in the Equality Act under Gender Reassignment.
This is not an excuse for anyone to discriminate against trans people.

Today’s Supreme Court ruling on the For Women Scotland case is a disgraceful attack on trans rights. In a process that excluded trans voices and centred anti-trans groups, this is not justice — it’s erasure. We will never stop fighting for our trans community 🏳️⚧️
