Off to a gig, lads. Absolutely lathered in Deep Heat and chock full of Nurofen. I’ve got a seat on the train but it’s anyone’s guess if I’ll be able to get out of again. Living my best life.
The absolute best thing about being in your late 40s is the ability to put your back out and literally have no idea how you did it.
