As long as you are dancing, you can break the rules.

Sometimes breaking the rules is just extending the rules.

Sometimes there are no rules.

This NZ government isn't dysfunctional.

They are the #AtlasNetwork stealing the country.

Wealthy people are paying wealthier people to buy politicians who will funnel money to the billionaire tier.

This is a pyramid-scheme coup.

Growing questions in NZ about organisation called Atlas Network
In New Zealand, there is now a conversation about an organisation called Atlas Network and whether or not it has influenced the right-bloc government's agenda.

Not all heroes wear capes. Some are brave rangatahi with strong morals and no fear of heights or war criminals.

Dig deep and help them out, every little bit will really help.

@patbrittenden.bsky.social, @chewienz.bsky.social please give this a boost!

We need your help raising legal funds for our brave activists! Joseph and Jackson are facing harsh punishments for standing up to war profiteers on our shores.

Stand up to Zionist weapons manufacturers by showing your support. Every $ counts!

Labour has proven they can’t - or won’t - rise to any of the challenges of our times. Those deeply seated within the party are well ingratiated into the private industries that need to be regulated.
They won’t offer any real political alternatives because they’re National (red edition).

One of the reasons Hipkins will do little to stop climate change is because he has a history in working in the oil and gas industry as a trainer for Todd Energy. Todd Energy is part of the Todd Corporation - a New Zealand Initiative member. The New Zealand Initiative is an Atlas Think Tank. #nzpol

Never forget: NZ Govts for 50 years have bought into an economic management model that relies on keeping a bufferstock of kiwis unemployed & desperate.
Jobs are kept scarce, so that kiwis sell their labour at poverty-wage prices. If unemployment is too low, Govt's henchmen at RBNZ crash the economy.

The alt text is perfection.

And yes, that is a bald head with a hairnet and then a hood and then another hairnet.

Something something efficiency metaphor...
We're meant to take a lecture from a bald man who wears a hairnet on top of a hooded coverall.

Not to get all Marxist Feminist on you (she says disingenuously as I am totally doing that): all the unpaid household caring labour we do drags down the wages for the external caring labour we do. If you pay nothing for household labour you can justify paying nearly nothing for outsourced care work

Particularly those who were silent about the “defining a woman” bill. This govt wants to define women only to systemically oppress them - if women are considered people first and women second, it’s harder to legally disadvantage them.
Systemic pay inequity was always the next repeal.

They came for Māori, they came for trans and rainbow people, they came for disabled people. All first.

I'm sick of cis women tears from the ones who didn't fight and mobilise when they came for more marginalised folk first.

The pay equity decision was abysmally expected, and is dreadful.

Vote be buggered. We no longer have the time OR the money!
We need to have a general strike & force the Gov. Gen. to call a snap election.
It should've been done months ago.
Now is the time or we'll end up with the same living conditions as UK/ US. The 'haves' are fine, the 'have-nots' are fucked!

I'm going to keep repeating this until the media actually picks up on it.

I'm happy to strike for a many unions as will have me.
A coordinated General Strike is illegal in this country, but a number of unions might happen to want to strike around the same time given the latest news.

One of these duties includes having the power to dismiss the prime minister.

Another one is to dissolve parliament. 🧵

Meaning - private cops for hire assaulted me badly enough to give me a brain injury.
