Did you know that nuclear weapons tests never really stopped? These tests use small amounts of fissile material so don't go critical in a Big Bang.
Answers from underground Subcritical experiments below the Nevada desert ensure reliable nuclear weapons!

Happy Birthday Deirdre, I often wonder what became of you, after you left my life, all those years ago.

The first album that I ever bought was
𝙃𝙖𝙧𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩 - Neil Young🍁

I wish Neil all the best on
His 80th birthday ~Nov. 12th

Neil Young is a Canadian🇨🇦 musical icon that I started listening to as a teenager.

I still listen to him today.
So many great songs!

How fucking much for a new exhaust? Not even including the Cat. Is it made of Gold and Diamond? Not even a fancy car. Anyone want to buy a kidney?

Expect you-know-who to start a war to distract attention. I'm spending the rest of the day digging a bunker.

Resist Big Card.
I’m sorry, but There Is A Circulatory System Walking Through The Kitchen Day is a modern invention pushed by card companies. I only observe A Partially Muscled Skeleton Stands By The Perimeter Fence And Screams For Thirty Seconds Before Vanishing Day on the 14th.
Happy There Is A Circulatory System Walking Through The Kitchen Day to all who celebrate.

Everything on our news agenda is being driven by a corrupted disinformation machine, run by a billionaire who sponsors Tommy Robinson and who keeps trying to foment civil war in the UK.

And incredibly our MPs & news providers stay there.

THAT is the problem. Not some bad editing choice on the BBC.

I think for shitz and gigglz Jeremy Corbyn should be made head of BBC, just to wind Donny Dumpster up.

I went to school in the smog with kids with deformed limbs because of thalidomide, we rented a telly and holidays were a caravan in Littlehampton. The future is fucking marvellous.
Awful lot of people seem to think houses used to fall off trees, jobs were well paid and lovely, people were lovely to each other, and everyone could afford holidays every day.

Of course life isn't perfect now. But it never was. And in many ways it is much better.

Here is what I don't understand: in scifi films the super-intelligent Aliens cross the galaxy to come to earth, and WE have to figure out how to speak Alien. If they are so bloody clever why can't they figure out how to speak to us?

NEW: The US Army website for its bases in Bavaria, Germany told its soldiers and employees that it might need to obtain free food from the German government during the US government shutdown.

The Army later altered publication to remove a list of food banks, but we have the original text here:
US Army Tells Soldiers to Go to German Food Bank, Then Deletes It
The initial 'Shutdown Guidance' for the US Army Garrison Bavaria included instructions to go to German food banks.

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
