I can’t believe how much these two wild cats have grown. Their cat tree is barely holding on, and they have almost out grown the platforms/baskets. Zelda looking all innocent (she’s guilty as sin and has found and started eating my signed posters) and Link fittingly has ‘No’ in his markings.

Got our tickets for Wolfwalkers, if I wasn’t due back to work by the 16th I’d be seeing Joe’s Apartment as well.

Both excited for and dreading tomorrow’s post op appointment. I want the drains gone, but I don’t want to feel any sensations of them being removed, like at all. I’ve read it either just feels weird without pain or hurts in the most excruciating way possible.

I knew post surgery wouldn’t be a walk in the park, but I was not expecting most of my aches and pains would be in my lower back. That’s not even where I had work done.

The post surgery healing itchiness has begun, I’d try Benadryl to stop it, if it didn’t make me extra drowsy. My current sleep schedule is already that of a new born. I’d like to have at least a few hours of productive awake time.

Because the chaos twins, the kittens, keep stealing parts of my LEGO Rivendale set I’m currently reverse engineering it to rebag and stow away until I have a secure display space.
Love finding parts of my LEGO trees all over the house, real fun.
At least it’s a quiet activity I can do while healing.

Really digging both of my big operation prep purchases. The modular wedge pillow that I can customize how I want to use it. And the wearable mastectomy pillow with pockets. Looks like a tactical vest but plush. Protects from seatbelts and now I have a comfy place to rest my arms

Got called a pendejo today. For (checks notes) not having an empty cart to give some random guy who had asked 3 people before seeing me. He didn’t even ask me. I then told him “sir, the carts are at the entrance as you come in, in fact there are probably several next to your car”

The Twin Peaks thing we went up to Napa for is coming to LA. We are not going VIP this time, the universe has told us, on 2 occasions now, that we are not allowed the luxury of VIP. Things were sorted out for us by the promoters, in good faith, so we will give it another go. Just not at that tier.

With top surgery this Saturday, and 4 weeks of recovery, I want to make plans with having evenings off. Except I have absolutely no idea how fucked my energy level will end up being. Something like going out for meals or thrifting.
