Hello! 👋
A lot of new bots & sketchy profiles on here lately. If I don’t follow you back, pls say hi & ask. Also, if you’re skeptical if I’m a bot, or want to know a bit more about me, click below. 👇
Hello to all the lovely ppl who have recently followed me. I’m at an odd career crossroads rn, so my posts are everywhere—but they mostly orbit around Qs on how to actually make a better world for the kids. All the kids.
I rescued a baby bat when I lived in the Cariboo briefly in grade 4, and this makes me miss my lil teddybear faced fluff ball.

Monsters. The stuff of nightmares, the Trump regime.
A five-year-old boy seized on his way home in Minnesota and now locked up in Texas. His family didn't know where he was for 24 hours.
Here’s the report from KARE. The boy is five-year-old Liam Ramos.

Tomorrow, Jack Smith will testify publicly on all the evidence he collected and why Donald Trump was lawfully indicted.

Everyone should watch.

Trump, speaking like an abusive partner, or abusive father, tells Carney that he should be grateful, with that slow precise malice in his tone.

It’s the prelude to the punch.

But we are at the point where we know the aggression is coming regardless. Trump may think Carney’s candour reflects

Or watch it. Carney made Canada proud yesterday, but he also have ‘middle power’ leaders a model of how to talk plainly about the risks we face while still working towards achieving positive sum games.

Thank-you for your candour @eddavey.libdems.org.uk. Canada also with you standing up to the bully.

Let’s also not forget for even a minute that that loudmouth bully is emboldened by more surreptitious support, and likely direction, fm the east.
I have one request for everyone outside the United States. Stop being polite to us Americans. Tell us what you really think.

Wow. The bit in the Ru newspaper on Trump’s colonial aggression towards Greenland reads like something crafted by the likes of Iago.

If this reflects the type of narratives Putin feeds Trump himself, it explains an awful lot of all the ‘surprising’ things he is doing—pointing to worse to come.

Glad to see @mark-carney.bsky.social trying to operate in good faith to help Gaza, and putting in conditions on the Board of Peace, but it really looks like another sham deal that the corrupted US regime has reneged on.

Past tense. Those roots of American democracy were in danger. They have been gnawed on by the fascists for some time now. The current state is beyond that. More like what roots can we salvage at this point.
“I’m watching the military becoming co-opted by politicians, and where that leads is some really troubling places. If that happens, the roots of our democracy are in extreme danger.”
