I think about this girl a lot.
She got Measles at 5 months, too young to be vaxxed & seemed to recover

10 yrs later, the virus that persisted in her brain triggered SSPE, which is almost always fatal

For kids who get Measles before 15 months, SSPE risk is ~1 in 609

I’ve just read again the aerosol study on C19 carried out in Nebraska, in 2020.

They showed RNA in the air, on surfaces that could only be contaminated by the airborne route, and they even showed cytopathic effect and intact virus particles in cultures…

And this wasn’t enough to change anything.

As a recovered alcoholic, I am very aware of the dangers of both denial and normalisation. They are seductive cognitive processes, and they will inevitably be your downfall unless you are very, very mindful of them. This applies to the pandemic, the environment, and politics.
