This place is nice. Let's just enjoy the last of it while we can, now end-stage crapitalist enshittification is ending it all.

Bloke. UK. Woke socialist bot burner. The more cynical I get, the more accurate I get.

Scammer? Don't bother ✋
This does not surprise me. No wonder the country is going to the dogs.
Teacher of 12 years, quitting this summer. Why? Conservatively, 30-40% of parents simply don't give a shit about their kids and this is in a fairly posh area. Feeding them shit, iPads all night, hygiene issues, just zero fucking support. How and why should I care when you don't?

Twin Cities have built a dynamic and resilient rapid response system utilizing tools like Signal and counter-surveillance operations.

This is worth a read, especially for folks in cities where ICE escalations haven’t happened yet.

Was massively constipated at work. Went to toilet and resorted to putting two fingers inside to break up the rock hard tangerine sized ball of faeces that was blocking the passage. Very painful experience. Washed hands and got a round of teas and coffees in.

I've worn Hawaiian shirts at work during summer. No one ever said anything. Overheard new boss telling new hire that Hawaiian shirts are unprofessional. Bought very bright Polynesian shirts out of spite. They are worse than what I used to wear.

I feed my toenails to the dog and my earwax to the cat, thought nothing of it as we all do it in my family. First time my girlfriend saw this, she mental apeshit and dumped me.

Reason 727984 why cats are a better pet.
I have two dogs, one is so greedy it eats the other one's shit and also when it's sick, laps that up too. Grim, but saves me picking it up.

I hated my replacement wheelchair at first. But then I realised the metal rims stick out further than my old one and are great for scratching the paint off of any cars and vans parked across a pavement I'm using. Had it a month and racked up 3 cars and 4 works vans. 4.5 stars.

My wife is a naturally very beautiful woman who needs minimal makeup at best. On our wedding day she was caked in the stuff and quite frankly looked ridiculous. Obviously never going to tell her I hate all the wedding photos up on our walls at home, I'm not a mad man.

I'm dead against the proposed new housing development near us but the group formed in opposition to it is so full of flag-shaggers, illiterates, reactionaries and general numpties that I'm actually coming around to the idea that some new neighbours might be a good thing.

First morning walk on our weeks holiday here in Lanzarote, by the pool and clocked a rogue nipple escaping from it's enclosure. Total win. Fifth live nipple seen this holiday, and only day one. That's obviously counting my own and the missus's.

Specifically, this is for your street clothing that has been exposed to tear gas in smoke/aerosol/dust/particulate form.

The biggest risk in this moment is something sociologists call “symbolic compliance.”

That’s when an institution that is violating civil rights gives the public just enough symbolic victories that accountability efforts lose steam before there has been any meaningful change.
