Eerste beflijsters weer gezien in de uiterwaarden. Elk jaar trekken deze noordelijke (niet in NL) broedvogels weer door, in het voorjaar in april, in het najaar in en rond oktober (piek rond 11-10). Als je in halfopen landschap twee stukken hout tegen elkaar hoort slaan, kijk dan goed rond!

The final version of our Nature Chemistry paper on the first artificial catch bond system is out! We've finally been able to do what nature has implemented throughout living systems: bonds that strengthen under external applied tension. Great work from Wageningen @w-u-r.bsky.social.
