Is it possible for a podcast to not fully download until the first ~45 seconds play through? So I only get a little intro and a 30 second ad, and if I try to fast forward, it can’t because the rest won’t download until that first chunk plays through, which can “guarantee” I hear at least this one ad

I think a lot of people in tech are probably feeling something close to despair about what to do about LLMs, since it’s clear that those with power are not going to relent with their advocacy, and they have enough uses that they’ve gained critical mass, yet the harms & risks are so wildly egregious…
