I think I've posted this before, but I am really tired of TV & movie characters saying the phrase "it's not your fault". Once I noticed how often it's being used, sometimes every consecutive episode or even multiple times an episode, it really becomes a massive distraction. Anyone else notice this?

Rounding up leftover roast pork to make my long departed Nanna's curry recipe. It's a basic recipe that she used to use up leftovers and call it a new meal. It resembles nothing of what modern people would call a curry, but god damn it's delicious.

I survived 3 of my 5 bottles of wine & a blood sugar crash yesterday teetering on the edge of a hypo. Was it worth it? Yesterday I'd have said yes. Today, I say no.
