Having weird flashes of anxiety that won't let up. Like there's something wrong or something really bad is going to happen to me personally and I can't figure what or why. I get these a lot & I can usually ride it out, but this time it's overwhelming. Need a distraction but it's 10pm. 😣

Done the weeks clothes washing. Washed my rags for work. Hung out to dry. Of course today is the day there is a slight sprinkle of rain. Washing up can wait. I'm gonna watch some Taskmaster NZ episodes I haven't seen on this steamy and overcast day. Maybe even have an arvo nap.
