Yesterday, I got this fantastic deal: 16 pounds of fresh organic cherries for $23. But as much as I love cherries, I ain't eating 16 pounds of cherries that fast. So I've been pitting and dehydrating them, and oh MAN are they good dehydrated. I'm calling the "chaisins."
