Trump, not U.S., signs deal with Millei.
The two interesting things here are that: 1) Trump doesn't have the constitutional authority to conclude this deal without congressional approval, so any enforcement of it is open to legal challenge; and, 2) Milei's timing on torpedoing Mercosur, right after it sealed the EU deal, is curious.

Pretty wild to me how many pundits and academics treated Republican opposition to the notion of Supreme Court expansion during the Biden administration as a serious, principled stance, as opposed to a position Republicans would obviously abandon the moment it became convenient
Republicans Love Supreme Court Expansion When It Gets Them What They Want
When it comes to state supreme courts, Republican politicians have been happy to add (or subtract) justices as they see fit.

Helluva time for Bozos to be dismantling a once great news organization that could break a story like this.
Oh this is…concerning…given Wyden’s history on surveillance and such.

And I have no doubt the CIA would be willing to (again & still) illegally operate domestically.

Democrats should defund and restrain ICE to the degree possible. And they should insist on this condition at least: No ICE (or Border Patrol) anywhere near the polls or early voting election locations this fall.
