I don’t know who needs to hear this, but it’s not winter’s fault you feel off right now. It’s not the weather’s fault either. It’s that our society refuses to let us slow down and live in rhythm with the seasons. Our ancestors didn’t keep the same pace 365 days a year. They followed nature.
