On the one hand, @20thcenturymarc.marcburrows.co.uk's Mistletoe and Vinyl has finally succeeded in convincing me that The Power of Love should be in the pantheon of Christmas songs. On the other hand, it made me just listen to Mr Blobby, which it turns out I remember surprisingly well

Finally saw the new Naked Gun, which I enjoyed. Afterwards I flicked over to BBC One and caught the last 15 mins of ‘Dennis Procter: The Ten Year Old Doctor’, which was EXACTLY as funny in exactly the same way, on a fraction of the budget.

The Bake Off christmas cast is wild. One of them won an oscar, one of them married into the royal family and one of them once stayed in a Travelodge with me after we both died on our arses at a weird gig in Kings Lynn.
