Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces say operators of the 412th Brigade destroyed nine Russian multiple launch rocket systems in January. The brigade reports the targets included a North Korean M1991 system and two TOS-1A Solntsepyok heavy flamethrower systems, hit in coordination with other units.

this is exactly right and explains why most handwringing about building systems we don’t understand is misplaced. pre-LLM software engineering already consisted almost entirely of building systems we did not understand
States are in charge of elections to keep them fair. That's how it works. Within the states, systems are highly decentralized. It's easy to see when you're voting.
