My partner is going to be happy. He wanted me to quit suitmaking back in 2019. But I was really eager to be a fursuit maker. Because it's the only thing I'm skilled at. I have nothing else. But it's not worth it if clients get hurt. Retail at least will only hurt ME 😅

At long last, the fursuit head for Siggie v2 is finished!
It features a cast polyurethane foam base, making it light and durable. The eyes and tongue are removable, with a slightly moving jaw.
Work is also ongoing to rebrand my suitmaking efforts!

My heart just feels strongly about free and accessible- I want people to go forth and make cool shit more than anything because making things with ur hands is a joy. I think seeing Clem (and MQ) pursue suitmaking more heavily after helping them and chatting a lot has been cool and happy for me!

Very much a learning project! Which is good tbh (I know I’m loud and I cry thru difficulty every time like the world’s biggest baby but learning is good for me and stagnation/never doing experimental stuff to push my bounds would be the death of my suitmaking and interest I think)

Suitmaking is an extremely advanced skill tbh.
I'd try to start slow. Sew a shirt, sew some pants, start doing complicated stuff with advanced patterns.
Then learn how to work with foam and bases and everything around that.
and THEN you can get into suit stuff because now you have the bases covered
