Going through 2-3 years of sales records to decide what and how much to bring to Vancoufur, Furnal Equinox, and TFF is much easier with my notes from previous years.
(I'm sure Excel would make it even easier, but I'm not that organized.)

Very, very few comic book creators can survive on just the money they make from comics. It is an inherently unstable job and it is only getting worse as time goes on. Don't ever be embarrassed or ashamed of needing another job so that you can keep making comics.

TBH, I really wish Furry Cons would ban selling 3D prints that the seller(s) didn't personally design.
