I actually got... "better?" at dreaming as I aged, though I did make an active effort on dream journaling since Lucid Dreams interest me. I wonder if these places are kinda like screensavers our mind makes, to keep us comfortable and not worried so we stay asleep. That's my theory, at least.

BTW, many mid-90s Screensavers were basically derived from Demoscene programs minus the audio.

Na' I liked 4D fractals. When I switched to Linux and saw all the expanded screen savers available, I was in heaven too.
This was still back when 3D graphics acceleration was limited so it was before the OpenGL accelerated set of screensavers other than a handful of OpenGL 1.2 ones.
