I'm very happy to report that my friend WON the @eaglenyc.bsky.social Halloween contest last night with his halal cart costume.

After several years of placing but being robbed (IMO) of the top medal, he FINALLY got what he deserves.

Two dogs, one tin < r/hotdogs 인 My 3 week sauerkraut ferment made it so I finally made 2 Sabrett hot dogs in the mecca of frankfurters, NYC, where I also fermented my cabbage into this wonderful sauerkraut. The dogs are boiled gently in NYC tap water, and then roasted over a fire. Then they are precisely centered in 2 potato buns, topped simply with dijon mustard, and finally added the sauerkraut.
