Paid $130 for Robokiller to stop the dozen spam calls I get every day. Works great, but it's crazy that phone companies haven't stopped this practice.

lol sorry brother. I have spurts of them but Robokiller has gotten very good to ward off most of them these days. 👀🤷🏼‍♂️🤣

Bonus life hack: You can also block people in real life too. 💅🏼

📝 I’ve got RoboKiller installed on all of my devices and only a handful of people on my favorites list can by pass my DND settings.

Otherwise, get screened or go kick rocks. 🪨

I had been using Robokiller for call filtering, and worked pretty well. I don't have the subscription anymore, though.

My cell phone is nearly useless because of the number of spam calls I get for business financing. I mean, they're f'in calling and texting every 15 minutes!! I'm using #robokiller and Apple's #AI Phone screening, and these idiots just won't stop.

One of the most ridiculously forced ai slop integrations I’ve seen.

The whole point of a Robokiller search is, with apologies to Hedberg, “I give you a phone number and you give me what you know about it. End of transaction! We don’t need to bring lies or hallucinations into this!“

I just spent 3 hours blocking, reporting and deleting hundreds of scammy calls, texts and emails from my 82 year old mother’s phone and installing Robokiller so that she can safely go back to answering her phone. I worry about the elderly and how the are so vulnerable to scams especially now.

If you've a notion, you can download something like Robokiller and run it for the free trial period. That might take care of most if not all of them.

I don't need much from my iPhone, really, but being notified when a contact calls me or when I get a text would be awesome.

I have a sneaking suspicion that installing RoboKiller - to the tune of $80 - is why I no longer get notifications for most calls/texts.

Yes; robokiller app.. I think I had to pay for it last time but it really did work, be careful with settlings so you don't miss the random call that you actually want

I use RoboKiller. The best investment ever technologically. Between getting rid of my landline and RoboKiller, my blood pressure has dropped for real for real!

I use robokiller. I was getting countless calls and hour. I subscribed to robokiller and the all stopped. The only drawback is sometimes I miss legit calls if the number isn't in my whitefish or contacts. Easy enough to rectify though so next time they call they'll come through.

This Week's Schedule is Brought to you by...Raw Action.

It's an absurd robokiller monday with Shooty Shooty Robot Invasion. Followed by DMC4 Special Edition, an experimental marathon of Elden Ring and Symphony Of the Hollow Knight.

Is it time to Get Good, Batheads?

The beauty of my missed calls log on Robokiller. Phone never even buzzed. 😌

I bit the bullet and paid for Robokiller and now most of the calls from unknown numbers don’t even manage to ring through. The ones that aren’t spam and are important will leave a message. 🤷🏻
my most unpopular opinion is that it's a sign of defective moral character if you point blank refuse to answer phone calls from unknown numbers. it's not that hard to hang up on spam/scammers, and you are probably missing important calls!

I disable my spam robokiller IF you've setup time to talk to me or your in my contact list. Else nah talk to the bot I get like 50 spam calls a day.

If any1 is readin this thinkin, what’s this gibberish….what is this experience you are attempting 2 explain—

ROBOKILLER [App](paid)

Uses National DB of spam marked calls 2 identify & cut off prior 2 even ringin your 📞 . Then you can setup an operator from list that FUCKS w/ caller & ties up line😆🤷🏼‍♂️

Yeah since I don't have to worry about meetings or presentations, I don't know how useful it's going to be for me. Maybe in the future if I get a job where I can work from home again. Most of the calls I get are spam anyway and I use the RoboKiller app to screen them out.

Using iOS 26, and unfortunately, SMS spam messages from unknown numbers continue to be promptly delivered, mis-categorized, and several are getting through even focus modes to deliver notifications to me.

For the Text Message Filter, I've tried:

I **really** need to find a solution for rogue SMS and call spam on iOS.

Robokiller is no longer cutting it. Have used it for years without issues, but it mostly doesn't do anything now. Which, of course, defeats the point.

Unsure if iOS 26's built-in changes will solve this.

I used to use RoboKiller, but for some reason my new phone carrier requires my VM to be routed through their app if I’m using it, and it was causing me to miss legitimate messages.
