Vanmiddag opnieuw genoten van de vegan Tibetaanse momo’s, die ik gisteren meekreeg van het Nieuwjaarsfeestje bij mijn Tibetaanse familie. ‘Fried momos’, gebakken in olijfolie, met de huisgemaakte saus die ik ook meekreeg en waar ik wat sambal oelek heb bij gedaan. Heerlijk! 👌🏼

That's nice it is a charity night some good out of tragedy, enjoy. We love our Nepalese restaurant and it gets lots of awards. It is very friendly place but it is a bit of a trek as it is on the other side of Liverpool than we are but worth the trip along the M57. I love the momos.
