The koala population in Richmond Range National Park NSW seems to have remained stable over a 10-year period, despite experiencing the driest & wettest periods on record in that time, according to new research in Australian Mammalogy.

I want to start including conservation success stories at the end of every lecture in my #mammalogy class.

Anyone have recommendations for success stories for any group of mammals? Especially mammals that are perhaps less charismatic and therefore harder to find examples for.
