It's a simple rule of Texas politics that each governor is worse than the one before. Greg Abbott is worse than Rick Perry. Perry was worse than George W. Bush. Bush was worse than Ann Richards. And there were no Texas governors before that.

I’m asking a sincere question, @DadePhelan, and I hope you can reply. When is the right time to address the 135 school shootings that have happened in Texas in the last 50 years? I agree, we all need to grieve. But we also need to do something to stop number 136.
