Are we talking GTS-T vs an E36 M3?
M3 and not a thought passed through my mind for the 34, doesn't matter if it's a sedan or a coupé.
If it's a R34 GT-R I'm selling that and buying, in order, a used G80 M3, an E92 335i xDrive and an E30 325is and I still have money left over to get a Z3M roadster!

Purely aesthetically the Z3M makes me feral but I've heard they're overwhelmed with their own power and the rear axle is not well suited for the job making it perfect if you're unhinged, not so if you're not. Curious!

SL500 R129 is one of the few autos I want to own period, so cool!
For me... sedan > cabriolet > coupe > compact > touring, though if we pedantically added Z3M Clownshoe, it'd be right in front of the cabriolet. I totally get why compact > coupe on yours!

Older BMW M cars. I've driven a Z3M clownshoe which I wasn't that fussed by, but otherwise the E39 M5 is the only pre-turbo era one I've driven.

That's cool, though the placement of rear seats is somewhat optimistic given they're where the fuel tank normally lives. It would be more feasible as a two-seater like the Z3M.
