Speaking of "vehemently", I love that Jay used that word in one of his verses. Also makes me think of how Mariah used "Apprehension" and "Resounding" in one song. Real wordsmiths.

Herding cats. Everybody has to put their mark on the words for replay. Even if they are a world away from being competent wordsmiths.

And to show they are different —just like everybody else.

That's great but I found phrase that stolen objects were being "gifted" jarring. People need to be better wordsmiths

Ironically when you date poets, wordsmiths, lyricists…. They find the most impressive ways to give you nothing because they left it all on the stage.

"they remain wordsmiths in the dark; eloquent but inexperienced, knowledgeable but ungrounded"

*But those stochastic parrots wiil stop being novelists and roll up their robot sleeves and then there will be hell-to-pay, boyo

From Words to Worlds: Spatial Intelligence is AI’s Next Frontier
In 1950, when computing was little more than automated arithmetic and simple logic, Alan Turing asked a question that still reverberates today: can machines think?

Good morning.
Today's word is another from the index of my 60yo Xword solver's book, and I've made up a clue for it.

Clue: Anaesthetic you can count on.

Have you worked it out? You should, being wordsmiths!

Answer: #Number.

For all you logophiles and wordsmiths, here's a convenient explainer for some dating terms you may not be familiar with.
Modern dating: Do you know your ‘Benching’ from your ‘Shrekking’?
New words are routinely popping up to describe an evolving relationship landscape - but also paint a largely dispiriting picture.

Robert Arnold is one of the best wordsmiths of our modern times. His description of the betrayal by the eight Democratic senators and the leadership that failed to lead is poetic. If you have time, please listen and remember. Also remember the elections we won last week.

Haha, right?! 😆 The NYT wordsmiths are relentless. Two days of that would make anyone question reality.

Agreed, one of our abundance of problems involves the decay in our collective, verbal communication
The learned wordsmiths are the few, far & in between
Hence words like fascist + authoritarian don‘t pack the punch of terror anymore.
Generations now having lived in peace & comfort don’t have a clue
