Looks like it could be a long exposure under moonlight from a telephoto lens

A row of old wood piles sticking out of Colpoy's Bay, Ontario for #ColourADay #BWFri

Part of my #GettingBackToBasics project using a small set of manual focus prime lenses. In this case the short telephoto.

Its a long distance from the UK to Vancouver. Neil must have one helluva big telephoto lens to capture these birds.

Got myself a hardwire kit and external battery for my dashcam.

I'm also trying to source two Wyze Telephoto cams since they're out of stock.

And I'm also gonna tell my boss that the store's most important exterior cameras need to be reconnected, since nobody knew they were dead until today.

After not seeing them for ages, the Cardinals are back in town.

So, I raced to get my slow, very crap telephoto lens. That also has front focus issues. And then shot through a filthy window. In poor light.

Over on Xitter, Chris LaCivita posted this pathetic tweet in between Susie Wiles' own "disingenuously framed hit piece" tweet and Russ Vought, Don Jr, Scott Bessent, Jason Miller, and Bill Pulte's RTs of Wiles' tweet with their tributes to how exceptional she is.

After being MIA in the mail for two whole-ass weeks, this questionable hunk of glass and steel finally arrived! Doesn't seem to focus very crisp-ily, but for the price of a Taco Bell dinner for two it's not totally unexpected. Not gonna win a Pulitzer but great for spying on neighbors!

focal length is so annoying i want a phone with a telephoto i hate wide angle I HATE WIDE ANGLE

Much easier to have a big, slow, loitering surveillance drone and a telephoto lens. Or, failing that, a helicopter and a telephoto lens.

I'm sorting through and editing some photos that I took at Point Reyes yesterday, and starting to wonder if I should use a bit of my emergency savings to buy a new camera and telephoto lens. It feels like an emergency.

I stopped by Essex Modern City in San Antonio on Saturday afternoon. It was closed, but I used a telephoto lens to shoot through the fence and get a couple of photos of murals that looked like they are new.

Jo - Surfer Babe PATREON Preview

I documented Jo's nude beach adventure with my favourite telephoto lens from a distance. She was tanning in the sands taking care of all her hidden parts to be well exposed to the warmth of the Sun.

I thought I had shot this on my second camera (with a 40mm fitted) but this is at 75mm and therefore shot on the 70-200 on the tripod. The scene really just worked better in telephoto range I guess.

These bikes are parked behind a bike shop. Looks like they haven't moved in weeks (note the leaves around the wheels). This must be a safe area if they haven't been nicked by any locals. ;) Details in ALT.

Ganz innen fand sich ein Carbon Stativ, welches sich prima unter das #dwarf3 Teleskop schrauben lässt.

I had this job in 2007, can’t recommend it enough. You’ll learn so much and find yourself with opportunities you never expected.

In my case, I learned I did not want to cover politics for a living, but I had the opportunity to leave a small imprint on the mag with my camera and this pic of Obama

Thanks Jason. Also a manual focus telephoto from the 1970s that was too long to get the whole bird in the frame.

Someone commented under one of my photos that I had generated it with AI.
So here’s a picture of me in my office, writing another prompt with my extremely overpriced prompt generator. 😉
