Președinta Republicii Moldova, Maia Sandu, a semnat decretul de numire a fostului premier, Dorin Recean, în funcția de emisar special pentru dezvoltare și reziliență. El are misiunea de a contribui la promovarea eforturilor interinstituționale și multisectoriale orientate spre consolidarea capacității statului de a preveni și combate amenințările de tip hibrid la adresa securității naționale, anunță Președinția.
