But as a 48-year-old who RELUCTANTLY followed the advice of his doctor and got a colonoscopy, and then had the GI doctor say, "Tell your doctor he saved your life," all I can think is: GET YOUR DAMN COLONOSCOPIES, PEOPLE.

Let me share a response I just gave to a message. I have personally had Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax/Nuvaxovid. I like Novavax/Nuvaxovid most because it doesn’t give me the headache/muscle aches for 18 hours. YMMV, as they say. I would not skip a dose because my favorite was not available.

I will wear a N95 respirator as I travel in shared indoor spaces (healthcare facilities, airports, public restrooms, mall, etc)
I will not visit anyone upon feeling ANY symptoms indicating possible infection (e.g., tiredness, headache).
I will test.
Air purifiers are my friend.
