That's also why I get a lot into why I love AMD's engineering and sneer at NV's for example. AMD knew years ago, chiplet was the future. They can potentially get 830+ *usable* Zen5 CCDs from one 13" wafer. Some 8c, some 6c. And they can balance 3DVC on the backend. It's SMART.
