I have struggled with nasal breathing issues my whole life, got a a surgery a few years back that helped but didn't completely fix the issue.
Anyway I am very much a mouthbreather, and yawn way more than most people. This often causes anger in others when they think I'm yawning because of them.

I started out with the nasal pillow and felt like i was suffocating 😬
i'm too much of a mouthbreather for that lol, so I got a full face mask about a week ago and that's helped, thankfully
