Heck yeah! Mint is really solid! I find that it's still more trouble to use than Windows but maybe I will give it another try now.
There's also some other options that are supposedly far more gaming-friendly, based on the same distro(s)? as the Steam Deck, that I just heard about from JayzTwoCents.

First he had atrocious performance that doesn't match reality for anyone else, especially with AMD hardware. And something completely broke Bazzite, probably a Windows update breaking the bootloader

Many videos on youtube could be much shorter. I almost can't watch JayzTwoCents anymore because he repeats the same talking points so much. I think youtube rewards longer vids though, because they acquire more engagement. Still, some times I just need a 15 min vid to watch while my coffee brews.
